UPCYCLE/UPGRADE FAVOURITE
SKIRT!!
In the first
step I tried on the skirt and measured and marked where I wanted the length of
the front of my skirt to be. (Just above my knees)
The next
step was to lay it down so the centre front is at the side. I pinned a ‘S’
shape line from my centre front mark to slightly passed the side seems, then I
cut along the pinned line.
The final
step I used a ‘rolled hem’ stitch on the overlocker and sewed around the hem
line.
DONE!! How easy was that. I have now put new life
back into my favourite old skirt!!
