Zantangle Hair

 

We had lots of fun zantangling Serenas Hair!!

I found a photo of Serenas profile and cut off her hair then photocopied it onto some A4 paper.

She wanted her hair to flow behind her so we had the paper long ways and placed her face on the right side of it. I did mine with her hair flowing down past her shoulders so had the page vertical and placed her face on the top right-hand corner. (we made quite a few copies)

 

The next step I drew some flowy lines from the hairline to the edge of the page, making sure that they crossed over now and again.

Now the fun begins and so did or imaginations!!

We kind of followed the flow of hair and used the same pattern for each section of the flow so the hair in a weird way looked like different clumps of hair are together as one hair style.

 

 Serena used thicker pens which made hers quicker and easier to do/finish.

We even zantangle hands, feathers (or leaves), hearts and to my sons horror I did his hair too!!
