Sparklefied Pens

Sparklefied Pens

Sparkle up your pens then schoolwork will be so much more enjoyable!! Lol

This is another very quick easy and fun tween craft. All you need is some pull-a-part pens that have a clear casing, white craft/wood glue, glitter and some water.

In the first step pull apart the pens so you have the clear casings

Make 2 little funnels out of paper the will fit inside the clear pen casings

Water down the white glue 2 parts water to 1 glue

Now pour it through the clear pen casing. You might need to put your finger over the end to block it, then pour some glue into it and shake it around so the glue covers the whole casing

Now repeat the above step but with glitter

Let it dry

Put the pens back together

Done!!

Beaded Book Marks

Beaded Book Marks

A great little gift idea for the book worms!!

All you need is some ribbon, beads, charms, ribbon clamps and wire bead hooks. (all these things can be found at craft shops in the beaded section)

With the first step measure the length of ribbon you need, then clamp on the ribbon clamps. I folded the ribbon end and put a blob of glue on before clamping for extra hold

Then I attached the charm onto the wire bead hook

Followed by threading on some beads

With the end I bent the wire over then clipped off the excess wire leaving a loop

I repeated the process so I had 2 (one for each end of the ribbon/book mark)

Now all I had to do was attached the beaded ends to the ribbon clamps

Done!!

All ready to use!!

Mystery Crazy Critters

Mystery Crazy Critters

Here is a really fun drawing activity to include the whole group or just 2 people!! You will never know what you have created until the very end!!

All you need is a piece of paper folded into 4 equal parts, some colourful markers and your creative imagination!!

The first person is to draw a head onto the top quarter of the folded paper leaving little marks on the 2nd section from the bottom of the neck

Now fold the head under (so no-one can see it) and pass it onto the next person

The second person is now to draw the body of the creature from the neck to the legs

Make sure they leave little marks onto the 3rd section as guide lines for the legs, then fold the body under again so no-one can see what was drawn!!

The third person follows the above steps but draws the legs leaving marks so the last person can draw the shoes/feet!!

Now the lucky last person can finish off the creature with the feet before all can be revealed!!

How delightful are these crazy are these Critters!!

(My daughter and I kept swapping between each other after we drew a section!!)
